Strategic Plan (March 2005)
Goal: To build an early education system in Boone County that prepares children for success in school and in life. Kindergarten readiness has been identified as a critical measure to gauge the effectiveness of [FCFC’s] early education policies and programs.

Objective 1: Increase the quality of early childhood programs.
Objective 2: Increase access to quality early childhood programs for high-risk families.
Objective 3: Increase parent and public awareness about early education.
Objective 4: Increase county-wide community support for early childhood issues.
